Pale gold in colour. This wine is all about the texture, with a mouth-coating richness that is balanced perfectly by vibrant acidity. Notes of bitter almond and orchard fruits are woven with minerality. Wonderful concentration on the core. The finish is lengthy and inflected with quince.
